September 20, 2013
Bethesda, MD – ROSS Management Services has promoted David J. Miskovich to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) this week as the Washington, DC metro area multifamily firm prepares to add several new communities to its growing portfolio. Miskovich formerly held the Chief Financial Officer position of ROSS Management Services for eight years prior to his promotion to the COO position. In the eight years Miskovich has been employed by ROSS Management Services, the organization has seen a major transformation.
ROSS Management Services’ President Beth Ross says the new position is warranted because of the results of the many changes David has made to the operating and financial strategies of our organization. “As many multifamily companies have struggled in the recent past, we have seen financial growth, added communities to our portfolio and have continued to realize tremendous cost savings – many as a result of David’s ideas and efforts. We are so pleased to have him as our COO.”
“The continued growth of the company, despite trying economic factors, is a testament to David’s outstanding brand of leadership,” says ROSS Development & Investment’s President Scott Ross. “When you look at what we have been able to achieve in the last few years, it is obvious that David is exceptional in every aspect of the multifamily.”
